Auto Repair Brush: With the auto repair brush, users can quickly remove dust spots, facial blemishes, or other unwanted elements from the image by simply clicking and dragging over them.
Darkness/Highlight Adjustment: Users can adjust shadows and highlights using the darkness and highlight adjustment sliders under Quick Adjustments. They can also enter numerical values between 0 and 100 for more precise adjustments.
Workspaces: Capture NX2 offers four workspaces - Browser, Metadata, Multi-purpose, and Edit - which allow users to switch between different modes with ease. Custom shortcuts can also be assigned to each workspace.

Dark Corners Control*: Brightness adjustments can be made to corners affected by insufficient light. Automatic Chromatic Aberration Correction*: Reduce lateral chromatic aberration throughout the image for high-quality results. Distortion Control Function*: Reduce barrel and pincushion distortion. Noise Reduction: Reduce color noise, edge noise, and color moire while preserving image quality. Dynamic D-Lighting Function (Only for NEF Images): For images shot using the Dynamic D-Lighting function, the brightness of shadow areas can be adjusted to achieve appropriate exposure and natural contrast even if the image was shot underexposed to prevent detail loss in highlight areas. D-Lighting: Corrects tone in images with dark shadows and backlit areas. The 'High Quality (HQ)' setting is used for high-quality imagery, while the 'High Speed (HS)' setting is used for fast processing. LCH Color Palette: Use Master Lightness, Color Lightness, Saturation, and Chroma to create your desired tones. Image Dust Off (Only for NEF Images): Significantly reduces dust on images. Fisheye Lens Tool: Converts fisheye lens shots (such as AF DX Fisheye-Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8G ED and AF Fish-eye Nikkor 16mm f/2.8 D) to produce wide-angle lens effects. Color Enhancer Function: Control overall saturation while maintaining skin tones. Color Management: Customize color management workflows, adjust existing configurations, and preview print output on your monitor.
